“Carlos is the best. I had no idea how much work is involved in selling a house, but Carlos was there every step of the way with both my sale and then the purchase of my 'new' home. First, he gave me great advice about preparing my home to sell, including the things I did NOT need to worry about (so valuable). He also suggested I wait a couple of months while I did some recommended painting and de-cluttering. He got up at the crack of dawn so he could take photos when the light was just perfect, and he made beautiful fliers. Then, he recommended listing my home for $10,000 more than we planned two months prior. There were still a thousand tasks to complete with the sale of my home and the purchase of another one, but Carlos stayed on top of everything, made sure it all got done in order and on time.
