Carlos Olaechea grew up in Peru, and relocated to the United States in 2004. He first discovered Harrisonburg in 2005 where he fell in love with the Valley. Soon after, he moved to Harrisonburg and attended EMU and BRCC. He embarked on his real estate career during a period of market recovery following the crash, demonstrating a deep commitment to understanding the challenges the market can face. He quickly found success in various fields, including banking, financial advising, insurance adjusting, and patent classification. However, his love for real estate always remained a constant.

Jeff ultimately obtained his real estate license and achieved certification as a property manager. With a strong focus on investment properties, he is dedicated to building a portfolio that ensures generational wealth for his family.

Maggie was born in China and immigrated to the United States when she was an infant. She grew up in Maryland and New York and moved to Harrisonburg in 2004. From a young age, she actively supported her parents in managing their local business, an experience that instilled in her a strong sense of community service and provided invaluable exposure to sales. Her academic pursuits led her to James Madison University, where she earned a Bachelor’s degree in Economics and International Affairs and paved the way for her career in real estate. Beyond her professional endeavors, Maggie cherishes moments with family and friends, as well as her beloved fur companions—Max, Jupiter, and Little. Embracing the outdoors, she enjoys activities such as hiking, traveling, racket sports and partaking in winter sports, such as snowboarding and skiing. With a deep-rooted passion for real estate investment, Maggie is committed to providing top-notch service to her clients. Niuvys Pluma was born in Cuba and moved to the United States in 2006. The city of Harrisonburg warmly welcomed her along with her family, giving them shelter, jobs, and an opportunity to get an education. Niuvys studied at Eastern Mennonite University where she obtained her teaching credentials and became a PreK-12 language teacher to Harrisonburg City Schools.

Niuvys has paid back to this city by expanding her areas of expertise and helping the community. She also became a medical interpreter facilitating communication between Spanish speaking people and health care providers. She loved giving people a voice, so that they could have access to the right medical care. Now, she wants to continue with her legacy of making people happy and satisfied by being a realtor.
